حذف حسابك وبياناتك

يحق لك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك من تطبيق دليل جنوب سيناء في أي وقت. يمكنك ذلك بإحدى الطرق التالية:

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (مُوصى بها)

يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك مباشرة من التطبيق:

1. افتح التطبيق واذهب إلى تبويب "حسابي"
2. اضغط على "إعدادات الحساب"
3. مرر للأسفل حتى تجد "منطقة الخطر"
4. اضغط على "حذف حسابي"
5. اختر سبب الحذف ثم اضغط "حذف نهائياً"

يتم حذف الحساب فوراً بشكل دائم ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

الطريقة الثانية: حذف التطبيق

عند إزالة التطبيق من جهازك تُحذف جميع البيانات المحلية تلقائياً (المفضلة، ذاكرة التخزين المؤقت، والإعدادات).

الطريقة الثالثة: طلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تتمكن من الوصول للتطبيق، يمكنك إرسال طلب حذف إلى:

البيانات التي تُحذف

عند حذف الحساب يتم حذف الآتي نهائياً:

• بيانات الحساب (الاسم، رقم الهاتف)
• العناوين المحفوظة
• المراجعات والتقييمات
• سجل المشاهدات وبيانات الاستخدام
• حساب Firebase Authentication
• جميع البيانات المحلية على الجهاز

ملاحظات

• الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه أو استرجاع البيانات.
• يمكنك إنشاء حساب جديد بعد الحذف عند الحاجة.
• لا يتم الاحتفاظ بأي بيانات شخصية بعد الحذف.

Delete Your Account & Data

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data from Sinai Guide at any time using one of the following methods:

Method 1: From Within the App (Recommended)

You can delete your account and all data directly from the app:

1. Open the app and go to the "My Account" tab
2. Tap "Account Settings"
3. Scroll down to "Danger Zone"
4. Tap "Delete My Account"
5. Select a reason for deletion, then tap "Delete Permanently"

The account is deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Method 2: Uninstall the App

Removing the app from your device automatically deletes all local data (favorites, cache, and settings).

Method 3: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can send a deletion request to:

Data That Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account information (name, phone number)
• Saved addresses
• Reviews and ratings
• View history and usage data
• Firebase Authentication account
• All local data on the device

Notes

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone or reversed.
• You can create a new account after deletion if needed.
• No personal data is retained after deletion.
